Furnished flats to let charter
Article 1

Each flat rented has to make the object of a descriptive state established according to the form provided by the Association, specifying its situation in the locality (map if possible) and conditions of rental, for the purpose to insure a flawless information of the possible tenants.

Article 2

To each keys delivery to tenants, the rental has to be in an irreproachable cleanness state, especially:
  • Electrical installations in flawless conformity with norms in vigor (a particular attention for bathrooms)
  • Good and clean bedding quality (to proscribe mattress and stained covers).
  • Kitchen utensils and clean dishes
  • Clean electrical equipment and in working order (refrigerator cleaned after each departure)
  • Sanitary clean and in good in working order
  • Tapestries and paints periodically remake
Article 3

Each rented flat must have been visited by the elected Commission to that end.

Article 4

 Each member is committed to fulfill the annual subscription in periods fixed by the Commission.

Article 5

Besides the discharge of the annual subscription, support to this "FURNISHED FLATS TO LET CHARTER" will condition now all inscription on the list of the association of the tenants of furnished flats of Cassis.

Article 6

Only the flats visited by the Commission will be able to figure on the 1999 season's brochure
